After receiving your request we contact you via e-mail or phone in order to find out more details on your requirements and wishes, expectations regarding the treatment and recreation. After collecting all this information we work on selecting the best and the most appropriate options of available offers for you.

After discussing and agreeing on the full package of services including additional services if needed such as transfer, individual excursion programs etc. we discuss and then set the price for the package. The payment can be done via bank transfer. After the order is being confirmed our company can send all the necessary confirmation details - booking info, voucher, in case if these are needed for attaining the Shengen Visa.

Right before your actual arrival our company will get in touch with you once again in order to make sure and confirm the details. If you have ordered car transfer from the airport we will meet you and make sure everything is performed according to your confirmed order.
