CONSENT WITH PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Under Article 28 §3 and following the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the General Data Protection and on the free movement of such data. (hereinafter referred to as "Consent")

I agree with the processing of my personal data by ESPRIT TRAVEL Incoming Agency (further as „Operator“) as follows:

Within the frame of: 1) full name, e-mail address, title, arrival and departure data, number of adults in the room, type of room, if staying in a spa, the treatment bundle, full postal address, arrival time, free text – for example any preferences of stay 2) full name, e-mail adress

For the purpose of: 1) reservations made online via web, or by phone, or individual in Travel office, 2) marketing and electronic provision of offers and updates on news in the destination Slovakia and Central Europe

For the period: until cancelled

At the same time, I declare that I will make any communication with the Operator from the email address provided hereby (this may be an anonymous email address created specifically for the purpose of communicating with the Operator).

At the same time, I declare that I am aware that the provided personal data is processed by the Operator only on the basis of this Consent. I have no obligation to provide them to the Operator and I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time. If I withdraw this consent, my personal data provided in this way must be deleted by the Operator without undue delay.

ACQUAINTANCE WITH YOUR RIGHTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

The provided personal data will not be provided to other recipients.

You have the right to change the personal data you provided, which you can best accomplish by writing to the Responsible Person / Operator's email address given in the header of this Consent.

In addition, you have the right to request the correction or limitation of the processing of the provided personal data, if you believe it is incorrect, you have the right to request the personal data you have provided for transmission to another operator or you may request such transmission directly from us and you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data you have provided us.

You can also protect your rights through a complaint addressed to the Office for the Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
